4. Refund Processing

If the vendor approves the refund, it should be processed through the original payment method within 5 business days.

If the refund request is escalated and approved by BackMyShop, we will facilitate the refund per our dispute resolution process.

Shipping costs may be non-refundable, depending on the vendor’s policy.

5. Digital Products & Services

Refunds for digital products or services are subject to the vendor’s policy. In general, refunds will not be issued for downloadable or one-time-use digital goods unless there is a clear issue with delivery or functionality.

6. Non-Refundable Items
