Vendor Responsibility for Orders

When you purchase a product on BackMyShop, you’re buying directly from a vendor, not BackMyShop. Vendors are:

  • Fully responsible for processing, fulfilling, and shipping your orders.
  • Required to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Accountable for addressing issues such as product defects, delivery delays, or incorrect orders.

If you experience an issue with your order, we recommend contacting the vendor directly through the communication tools provided on the platform.

Order Disputes and Resolutions

While BackMyShop is not involved in transactions, we strive to maintain a fair and trustworthy environment. In cases of disputes:

  • Contact the Vendor First: Vendors are responsible for resolving customer issues, including refunds or replacements.
  • Reach Out to Us for Assistance: If the vendor does not respond or the issue remains unresolved, you can contact our support team. We will:
    • Attempt to mediate between you and the vendor.
    • Investigate any violations of our policies by the vendor.
    • Impose sanctions on vendors who fail to uphold their obligations (e.g., suspending or banning their account).

Important: BackMyShop cannot guarantee refunds or replacements, as transactions are managed directly by vendors.

Platform Limitations

As a platform, BackMyShop:

  • Does not stock, ship, or manage products sold by vendors.
  • Does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of vendor listings.
  • Is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses resulting from transactions between customers and vendors.

Refund Policy

Refunds and returns are determined and managed by each vendor. BackMyShop does not handle payments, refunds, or returns directly. Customers should review the vendor’s refund policy before making a purchase.

Prohibited Activities

To ensure a safe and positive experience for all users, BackMyShop prohibits:

  • Fraudulent activities, such as false advertising or failing to deliver purchased products.
  • Selling illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
  • Harassment or abusive behavior towards customers, vendors, or support staff.
